Our canine policy for a harmonious stay
To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to guarantee a pleasant cohabitation, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple house rules during your stay with us.
First of all, please note that we accept a maximum of two dogs per room. We kindly ask you to notify us that you are traveling with pets when making your reservation. The owner remains fully responsible for their dog at all times during the stay.
In the common areas of the hotel, your companion must always be kept on a leash and remain under your supervision. Regarding room cleaning, our housekeeping team will only access your room when your pet is not there to avoid any stress or disturbance. Additionally, if you must leave your dog alone in the room, they must be kept safely inside a secure travel crate.
Finally, we rely on you to maintain the cleanliness and peace of our premises. Beds and armchairs must be protected if your dog likes to climb on them, and you must immediately pick up after your dog outside. Excessive barking or noise must also be avoided to respect the peace of other guests.
